Our bodies have an electromagnetic field or EMF as does the earth. These frequencies can be measured in hertz. Our bodies are at a healthy function during the day at 65 Hz. The body is like a bank account with deposits and withdrawals. A deposit may be healthy food or high vibrational music, a withdrawal may be bad environmental toxins or processed food.
